Today, I want to dive into 100 affirmations for new beginnings.
New beginnings can be challenging. Starting from scratch can be difficult, but it can also be exciting. New beginnings open us up to new opportunities, relationships, and adventures.
One way to fully embrace new beginnings is through affirmations. My opinion is that affirmations work best when we are personally invested in them. Even if that investment isn’t 100%. When I talk about investment, I mean that we believe in them.
When we believe in something, and we repeat it to ourselves on a regular basis, it starts to have power. One important thing to remember about affirmations, however, is that they MUST be backed up by action. The more targeted and focused your actions, the better.
